Like many people, I once followed the traditional path education, a demanding career, long hours, and the promise that security would eventually lead to fulfillment. What I learned is that stability alone does not create flexibility or choice. It often leaves little room for the life many of us want to build time with loved ones, the ability to travel, or the freedom to step away from a rigid schedule.

I created Turnkey Capital to offer a different path.

Through professionally structured multifamily investments, Turnkey Capital provides access to opportunities that are typically reserved for institutional investors. Each investment is sourced and evaluated in partnership with experienced syndication groups with decades of operating history and established track records across multiple market cycles. These partnerships allow investors to participate passively while experienced operators manage day to day execution.

Every opportunity is approached with care, transparency, and a hands free structure designed to simplify investing while maintaining discipline and risk awareness. Where applicable, I invest my own capital alongside investors to align interests and reinforce long term commitment.

Meet Andrea Lazaro

Founder of Turnkey Capital Investments

Andrea Lazaro brings over 13 years of experience in the financial sector, having overseen more than 350 million dollars in portfolio volume within the auto finance industry. Her background includes B2B sales, underwriting, account management, market analysis, and credit evaluation, along with advising businesses on strengthening financial performance, improving operational efficiency, and managing risk.

After leaving the corporate world, Andrea transitioned into commercial real estate investing, where she has participated as a limited partner in multiple multifamily and alternative real estate investments totaling more than 500 units across several asset classes. These include apartment communities, senior housing, and an RV park located in established markets throughout the Midwest and Texas.

Andrea operates Turnkey Capital Investments and is responsible for sourcing opportunities, evaluating partnerships, and maintaining investor relationships. She works alongside experienced syndication groups with long standing track records, allowing investors to access professionally managed real estate opportunities through a passive investment structure.

Her approach is grounded in transparency, disciplined underwriting, and long term alignment. Andrea invests alongside investors where applicable and is committed to providing clear communication so individuals can make informed investment decisions aligned with their personal financial goals.
